Declaration, Terms and Conditions:

I declare that the information contained within this booking is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. 

I understand that it is the sole responsibility of individual Judges to stay up to date with current guidelines and to implement them fairly and consistently.

I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of this application within the specified agreed time. Failure to do so may result in loss of place.

I agree to pay the full fee, before the cut-off date and in any case before commencement and attendance of workshop/course. Failure to do so may result in loss of place and loss of deposit.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel workshop/course and in such case will refund course fees. 

The Organiser will re-arrange workshop/course if circumstances beyond their control results in postponement. Workshop/course fees less the deposit amount (20%) will be refunded if participants are unable to attend on the re-arranged date(s).

In all cases the Organiser will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellation. (Eg. Travel/Accommodation/Pet Care/Work Absence)
