This special FESTIVAL formatted Trial is an annual opportunity to experience a different side of Scentwork UK.

Incorporating elements of SWUK Levels 1-4 this trial enables teams to earn Excellence points while experiencing an arena based competition.

The competition will challenge competing teams to identify and indicate the hidden location of x8 CLOVE scented articles hidden on items, fixtures & fittings and vehicles in three search areas.

There will be two judges in two areas which will run simultaneously.

SEARCH 1 – Chairs/Tables & Perimeter = x2 targets.

SEARCH 2 – Vehicles  = x2 targets.

SEARCH 3 – BBC & Ext Items combined  = x4 targets + 5 point bonus!

(Guidelines which differ from the standard will be included with Running Orders.)

On the Day

Please utilise W3W for easiest directions. Full details of parking/exercise areas/briefing point/toilet facilities will be included with Running Orders which will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to event.

Parking: Parking is free on the day for competing teams.

Camping: Camping is set by organisers at £25 per night.

Register: All persons please meet at briefing point from 8:30am for briefing at 8:45am. Trial will start promptly at 9:30am.

Exercise Area: Recommended exercise & dog toileting areas will be detailed on registration & at the briefing. Please remember this is a public event & as such you may encounter members of the public with their dogs.

Facilities: Public toilets will be available on site on arrival.

There will be access to water for your dog at the briefing point & all other SWUK waiting or trial areas. Please bring a packed lunch & refreshments for yourself, there will be trade/vending stalls available.

Special Requirements: If you or your dog have any special requirements or needs please contact the Trial Manager prior to booking. This is of the upmost importance to ensure venue is suitable for your attendance.
