Before you Enter
All entrants must confirm that they have read and understood the Trial Regulations, Terms and Conditions for Competitors
You need to be registered before you can enter this trial. If you have not registered already, you can Register here.
On the Day
Parking: Please park on the gravel as you arrive at the Clubhouse. Thank you.
Register: Upon arrival please register with the Runner or Trial Manager
Exercise Area: On exiting your car walk between buildings to the green at the rear of the clubhouse
Facilities: Toilet area will be accessible through the entrance at the rear.
PLEASE REGISTER FIRST BEFORE USING FACILITIES
Special Requirements: If you have any special requirements or needs not addressed thus far please contact the Trial Manager at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so may result in me being unable to assist with your specific request.
No surprises – thank you!!
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE TESTING POSITIVE FOR CORONAVIRUS
There will be access to sweeties(!), tea, coffee etc. Please consider bringing your own drinking receptacle!! Maintain a safe distance between teams, especially when indoors.
